F.A.Q

1. Placing an order:
            Order can be placed over the phone, by email and also by website. If an pre-order is being placed, then please wait the item has actually come in stock at The ComiCorner. 
2. Order Cancellation:

From 11th July 2021, All orders placed before and after that date, including pre-orders and in stock items will not be cancelled under any circumstances.

3. Shipping Queries:

I use Canada post as a carrier for shipping. For items pre-ordered in one order, they would be shipped all together. Unless, you have a pull list for me, I can ship items after the total amount of the $350 CAD or when the customer wishes to be shipped.

4. Curbside pick-up:

I also do offer curbside pickup as an option while placing an order. In order to pick up items which are ready, you would receive an email saying that the order is ready for pick up. Before you come to pickup your order, please do give a call - +1(437)2253247 or reply to the email, I have send you - which would say ready for pickup, to book an appointment for you.

5. Pull list:

I am providing the service of creating a pull list for you. In order to create a pull list, please send me an email to info@mycomiccorner.ca or call +1(437)2253247 and mention your already placed order numbers. 

If no orders were placed and if you still wish to create a pull list, I can do so by creating an order for you. 

Note:  for any pull list to be shipped, the shipping will be collected at the actual time of items will be shipped.
